  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays.

4. Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • J.Co Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

 

Returns Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges:

  • If the desired item is not available, we will process it as a return and issue a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
